| Description | • To be responsible for all IT systems operation activities and service management initiatives in the company to make sure the availability of computing facilities • To liaise with the regional infrastructure leads to plan & deploy projects according to agreed project timelines. • To be responsible for implementing/ supporting IT service management (ITSM) program. • Ensure all systems-related documentations and standard operation procedures are in place; • Ensure all systems-related services in the region are running / operating at the agreed SLA; • Ensure the day-to-day operations are completed successfully; • Ensure all the problems / issues are properly resolved at the agreed SLA; • Ensure the compliance (configuration management and monitoring) of the systems with corporate policies and standards; • Work with the regional infrastructure leads to plan & deploy projects; • To be responsible for implementing and supporting regional ITSM initiative |
| Qualifications | • Bachelor of Computer Studies / Computer Science and / or CISSP / CBCP / CISM / ITIL or related certifications • Min 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years as a team leader position • IT operations technical and management skills based on ITIL • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service mindset |
