| Description | 1.Responsible for new business acquisition and current business retention in the region 2.Manage vehicle leasing, all sort of car rental sales activities for the brand in the region 3.Set performance targets for all sales locations 4.Create a business plan in agreement with the line Manager 5.Develop and increase leasing business by targeting fleet operators, selling contract hire and leasing solutions to vehicle fleet operators including public sector 6.Meet profit target and ensure a sustainable growth 7.Maintain an awareness of local market competition conditions and industry trends 8.Offer the sales team coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives 9.Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet their objectives •At the beginning of each month, counsel with each salesperson to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan •Achieve forecasted sales by following your written plan of action •Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance and compare it with that month’s objective. •Monitor region branches sales in respect of vehicle leasing •Identify areas of concern and relay them to the line Manager •Create strategies to increase sales using market research undertaken by the marketing team |
