| Description | To monitor and analyse project program and costing activities against plans during the implementation of infrastructure development projects and prepare periodic reports and recommendations ensuring that management is equipped with accurate and timely information for decision making. |
| Qualifications | A. Standardization: Standardize all sheets and templates concerning cost and program/schedule reports in the project controls division in order to ensure consistency and auditability. B. Cost Reporting: Prepare periodic reports with actual against target costs for each infrastructure development project and provide related analyses to the relevant departments on delays, performance, potential exposure and opportunities, early warning, and provide recommendations for recovery actions and measures. C. Project Cash Flows: Prepare periodic project cash flow projections and provide recommendations to management to enable decision making and actions. D. Performance Management: Define performance measurement criteria and tools, applying different planning techniques (earned value, progress S-curve, productivity, charts, etc) in order to accurately determine levels of project performance. |
