Description	1. Receiving the daily production plan from the production manager in collaboration with the planning department. 2. Allocating the work load (work order) among different shift leaders. 3. Conducting production line visits to follow up on the production process and provide advices if required. 4. Analyzing reports daily reports received fro shift leaders to spot any deficiencies or process malfunctioning. 5. Setting action plans for future or current projects highlighting resources, tools, time frame and level of authority. 6. Updating daily the machine program setting and coordinating with the QC department concerning final product quality and complying by the HSE regulations. 7. Feeding the OEE sheet (overall equipment efficiency) in order to evaluate the production process and measure the efficiency of labor and equipments. 8. Conducting different production trials in coordination with the technical & QA department to reach the optimum requirements matching clients’ demands. 9. Commissioning of moulds in coordination with the project management department. 10. Managing the execution of all Factory’s quality and HSE policies and procedures in the department. 11. Direct the Environmental, health and safety teams and ensure a proper implementation of all Environmental health and safety measures and procedures”.
Qualifications	Education : Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering – Production department/ metallurgy Minimum years of experience : 2 years (in the same field) Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Excel, WinWord, Internal e-mail software and database
