• A telesales representative calls predetermined leads to proactively sell a product or service or solicit funds. He represents his company or organization in a professional and courteous manner. s. He answers basic questions that customers have with regard to the company, organization, product or service. He logs the deposition of each telephone call into his database. • Relation Management; Work directly with existing and new customers & Partners. Follow up with them to finalize the deals to meet the quarterly business target Call customers &Partners periodically to solicit orders or inform them of promotional events. They may also field incoming calls from customers who wish to place orders or need assistance with a problem. Follow up with the partners to send offers to the customers & receiving the PO’s. • Business Policy Management; Manage all business details including product, licensing, and finance issues. This includes negotiation and administration of complex agreements. • Collection & Communication of Market Data; Do administrative tasks such as logging customer information and enter it into the company data base for customer profiling and sales tracking. Have excellent communication skills, must have a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers. Also have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
