Position Summary: Technical Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of projects that are under the oversight of Project Management. Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for planning and maintaining the company’s Operations. 2.Responsible for all the company’s projects. 3.Runs complex projects from design and development to production. 4.Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment. 5.Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. 6.Defining resources and schedule for project and program implementation. 7.Identifying and solving project issues effectively. 8.Overseeing and directing the project team Client Management: •Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies. •Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. •Maintains lasting client relationships. •Ensures practice delivers superior solutions to clients.
•12 years of experience in similar field. •Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. •PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. •Excellent communication skills
10-15 Years.
Work Conditions: •Overtime may be required in meet project deadlines. •Sitting for extended periods of time. •Work is 5 days a week but on-call work may be done for emergency situations •Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings. •Some travel may be required to attend meetings with other professionals in different locations. •Please mention the job title and job code in the subject otherwise it will be disregarded.
