| Description | Position Summary: Technical Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of projects that are under the oversight of Project Management. Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for planning and maintaining the company’s Operations. 2.Responsible for all the company’s projects. 3.Runs complex projects from design and development to production. 4.Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment. 5.Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. 6.Defining resources and schedule for project and program implementation. 7.Identifying and solving project issues effectively. 8.Overseeing and directing the project team Client Management: •Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies. •Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. •Maintains lasting client relationships. •Ensures practice delivers superior solutions to clients. |
