| Description | Conducts warehouse audits of picking, packing, prepack, and receiving inspection. 2 - Ensures up-to date specifications are available to receiving inspection personnel ; and provide directions as needed, on specific quality issues. 3 - Performs investigations of quality problems and prepares reports on findings and recommendations. 4 - Provides supervision during the absence of foreman, as required. 5 - Assist quality engineers in various assignments, as required. 6 - Evaluation of suppliers quality. 7 - Lead the supplier development improvement plan. 8 - Support Engineering dept. for all new projects through supplier selection and component qualification. |
| Qualifications | Bs.c. Engineering with 3-5 yr experience Familiarity with basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) inspection systems Wide experience in plastic injection and plastic molding is a must Wide experience in sheet metal processing and sheet metal dies is preferable Six sigma black belt is preferable |
