Description	Efficient use of capital. § Oversees all financial functions including strategic planning, regulatory reporting, financial control, accounting, management information, budgets and plans, tax, insurance and security. To manage the finance team and to participate as a member of the senior executive team.
Qualifications	§ Development the Banks strategic plans. § Ensure efficient use of the Bank’s capital resources. § Development and provision of management information. § Implementation of Basel 2 financial requirements. § Preparation and agreement of budgets and plans. § Management of the finance function. § Management of insurance and security. § Ensure the Financial Direction. § Ensure the compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. Responsible of financial Control.
