Description
Provides direct assistance and information to customers, and facilitates the resolution of customer complaints and queries. Maintains records of daily transactions. May provide specified customer services in locations remote to the central office, as appropriate to the objectives and requirements of the individual position. Maintains open and cooperative communication with clients. Calling clients to set collection appointment Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
