| Description | The Direct Sales Team Associate will be responsible for registering and opening accounts for customers on the Youth Product Program. The purpose is to build the customer base who will become long term savers with the Bank and eventually mature to become lifelong customers of the Bank by starting the relationship now. |
| Qualifications | •Must be bi-lingual (Arabic and English). •Some experience in a customer service and or sales environment would be a distinct advantage. •Some experience of dealing with the young, teenagers and adults in various settings. •Basic literacy and numeracy. •Ability to work towards and achieve targets set by Line Manager (these may differ on a daily basis). •A high level of commitment to helping and serving people. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to the young, teenagers and adults at each level. |
