1- Receiving applications from agents, company branches and bank branches (based on type of business), and ensuring all information is correctly filled and needed documents and down payments are in place according to Allianz standards. 2- Creating client numbers and registering simple underwriting information on relevant systems. 3- Entering applications data into the relevant system. 4- Screening applications and separating simple from technical applications. 5- Handling the initial U/W to the application. 6- Checking the accuracy of payment receipts from agents/bank branches, clients, and coordinating with the Finance Department for settlements. 7- Acting as the focal point for all communication between the sales and operations departments. 8- Handling in-coming and outgoing mail. 9- Preparing a list of issued policies, letters, endorsements and cheques and delivering it to the Sales Agents/bank branches on a daily basis. 10- Acting as the focal point for all communication between the Allianz Branches and the Life Operations Department. 11- Answering all verbal and non-verbal client inquires. 12- Reporting the issuing of the banks to the coordinator. 13- Distributing the requests aiming different internal departments. 14- Processing simple and technical policies’ issuing, endorsements and renewals. 15- Coordinating with the Technical Department for the underwriting of technical policies and endorsements. .
- University degree. - 0-1 year of experience in the field of insurance or an admin position.
