| Description | Maintain adequate stock levels. Stock replenishment using reorder reports and analyzing inventory movement, Set up strategic alliances with vendors to reduce the necessary stocking levels. Trend, monitor and recommend stock levels. Increase cost savings. Categorize items through ABC analysis, critically and priority levels. Develop and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and provide timely management reporting.
