• Design optimum technical solutions for customers. • Handle technical presentations to customers. • Assist in the sales process by attending sales meetings. • Handle technical proposal writing. • Handle replies to RFP. • Train sales team members on products and services. • Manage Pre-sales team responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering (Communications or Computer Science are preferred). • A minimum of 8 years of experience in telecommunication/IT market. • Should be able to manage a team of professional presales individuals as first customer interaction interface. • Excellent customer interaction attitude is extremely important. • Able to work in team work environment and perform under time pressures. • Good knowledge of Data connectivity and Internet services. • Good knowledge of communication devices. • Fair knowledge of customer business applications. • Should be able to acquire information about new solutions. • CCNA is a must, CCNP/CCIP is preferred. • Knowledge of Frame-Relay, MPLS, ATM, TDM, xDSL, IP networks.
