| Description | Follow up on the preparation of the performance assessment manual for the Total Quality standards set as objectives for each department and supervise the follow up and adherence to the standards set forth ensuring there is no abuse to any Company assets, equipment and resources. Interprets the organization policies and business practices and reviews control systems through comprehensive audits to ensure that operating management has established adequate control of the facility and / or operation, and measures the degree of compliance. Check and control that all the group activities, functions work against set and proper policies, practices, and proper documentation cycles. Clearly understand the control objectives and key risks for each business process to help process owners develop Reference Models with clear KPI’s for their processes . To supervise and coordinate the internal audit regular or irregular visits to the distribution and sales centers and the production location to insure safety and accuracy of the documentation cycle and report any discrepancy appears on those visits To supervise and coordinate all the auditing checks for accounting policies, and the changes arising from applying new accounting standards. Help in setting up a policy, assure and check that security measures and methods practiced to safeguard the Company’s locations and assets, products are adequate and efficient to prevent any threatened risk.
