•Responsible for technical Pre-sales solutions. •Coordinate and assist with the sales team in formulating proposals. •Support sales staff, including preparation of all technical information needed. •Conduct professional demos and presentations for assigned solutions •Study the customer’s needs and try to recommend a complete optimized solution according to his needs. •Analyze customer requirements and make feasibility studies. •Responsible for Post sales warranty support including the Installation sign-off with Registered reseller and corporate customers.
•Engineering Degree in a relevant major •Cisco / Microsoft certified Engineer •Previous experience in the following areas Intel / AMD / RISC Processor Server Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting & Repair Storage / RAID installation & configuration, Troubleshooting & Repair Network Management and configuration Installation and administration of Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system Installation and administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux server Operating system Linux Mailing Solutions Server Management (Web cluster, Web hosting, Load balancing, Firewall services, Back-up &storage) MS Exchange server Server Clustering ( MS windows & Red Hat Linux) for High Performance Computing (HPC) MS SQL Server Database Administration Open Source VPN Solutions Open Source VOIP Technologies Open Source Network Monitoring System Oracle Database Administration
