| Description | Manage the company website content calendar and aggregate content from stakeholders. Modify content as needed for web applications. Manage planning, process and workflow & update campaign content. Manage website operational issues on a day-to-day basis, act as the point of contact where issues are identified and work with relevant teams to resolve . Take business ownership for the Internet Incident Report, bringing together website stakeholders to review and resolve issues – contact center, Infosys, etc. Responsibility for creating, updating and delivering the Internet Exclusive offers on the Representative and Sales Leaders Websites. Coordinate e-brochure production and management & intelligent ordering related activities. QA site refresh and publish changes to live site. Collect and provide order by channel data to the WEMEA Regional Internet Lead on campaign basis. |
