Description	 Practice excellence in teaching and instruction  Attend pre-course packing and training sessions scheduled prior to each course.  Attend performance evaluations after completing each course.  Build rapport with Trainees and maintain positive relationships throughout each course.  Attends all directed meetings, seminars, workshops, staff development trainings, etc  This position requires a professional demeanor and an orientation toward excellent client services.
Qualifications	Knowledge ,Experience and abilities :  English Teachers will be Preferable  Must have at least 1 year experience working any outdoor industry.  Basic selling experience is not required, but is preferred  Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be well organized to manage groups effectively.  Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with clients, and industry professionals.

Other Skills	Computer Skill: Excellent of MS office usage Interpersonal skills:  Must have effective oral and written communication skills and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas to others.  Must dress in a professional manner.  Ability to persuade and influence others.  Ability to develop and deliver presentations.  Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.  professional appearance
