| Description | • Install, configure, and support the organizations applications the required infrastructure from local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet. Maintain Application hardware and software infrastructure. Monitor Applications servers to ensure availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support its availability. May supervise other application or IT support specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement application security, backup recovery measures • Plan, coordinate, and implement application installation • Design, configure, and test application hardware, networking software and operating system software. • Implement and maintain application security and access rights • Perform Application data backups and disaster recovery operations. • Confer with operation support to solve existing system problems. • Monitor application infrastructure performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application problems together with Operation support. • Maintain and administer application related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. • Plan, coordinate, and implement application versions upgrades and fix installation |
