Description	-Responsible for participating in contract negotiation and improving general contract terms and quality. -Responsible for provision of end-to-end contract management in all interfaces, to ensure integrity of project contractual delivery and payment collection. Details including variation management, risk & dispute management, contract closure management, contract fulfillment status monitoring, documents management and etc; Meanwhile, to support provision of professional advice based on contract and status analysis. -Responsible for billing management, including establishing and maintenance of billing plan, billing support document confirmation, and timely billing, participating in investigation of payment dispute if needed. -Responsible for procurement & purchase order management in the interface of subcontractors, including PO issuance, approval and tracking, subcontractor contract control, payment verification. -Responsible for establishing and maintain department business platform, IT architecture, procedures and relative knowledge management, etc.
Qualifications	-Bachelor degree or above; has a good knowledge of telecommunication, international economics and trade, contract law, international turnkey project management and other related. -Background of Law &Business. -More than 4 years Experience, (experience in the project management is preferred). -Fluent Arabic&English.
