| Description | DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission: - To attend customer sites and perform preventative maintenance and repairs to Building Management Systems (BMS) Working Partners: - Reporting to the Service Manager Key role responsibilities: - Perform complex maintenance on Building Management Systems (BMS) installed at customer premises across the UAE - Perform complex maintenance on Control Systems installed at customer premises across the UAE - Assess the performance of Building Management Systems (BMS) using standard techniques and documentation - Recommend modifications and upgrades to Building Management Systems (BMS) - Conduct end-user training on Building Management Systems (BMS) - Build long term business relationships with customers - Quickly identify and rectify problems and escalate as necessary |
| Qualifications | Education: - University degree in Electrical Engineering Knowledge: In depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) In depth knowledge of HVAC Systems Experience with Controls technology Fluent written and spoken English Experience: - Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role |
