Description | Develop long term and annual Marketing Plans and budgets for the shopping centre under the direction of the Regional Marketing Manager To monitor and control the budget expenditures on a monthly basis and ensure that all MAFSM accounting procedures are strictly adhered to To oversee and provide monthly Variance Reports to the Regional Marketing Department Oversee Customer Service staff and ensure service initiatives are implemented in the centre; including tenant relations Handling of Customer focus groups, management of a process to handle complaints, training of customer service staff, etc To organize and coordinate annual consumer research for the shopping centre under the direction of the Regional Marketing Manager To use that research to improve the Marketing Program and positioning of the centre Develop and implement a professional and comprehensive Public Relations plan which will be detailed in the Annual Marketing Plan. Work with the required professionals in this field to help gain favourable coverage for the centre To establish good working relations with the media and key community groups Set up an organized forum for retailer communication such as Retailer Advisory Committee monthly meetings, Annual General meetings, and category meetings – providing regular feedback and distributing minutes to retailers as well as the Regional Marketing department |
