Description	Set and control the quality standards and apply the necessary tools and procedures to sustain it. This includes: Supervision and insurance of quality measurements Setting the framework and strategy Setting the code of conduct Set the minimum quality output required by each and every resource within the organization Ensure no drop below the minimum quality benchmark Identification of resources and delegation of responsibilities to conform to quality standards Supervision over project process execution and documentation strategy Audit and improvement of internal project execution processes
Qualifications	We are looking for creative, self-motivated, open-minded persons with excellent problem solving and research skills. You will be working in small self-organizing teams and will gain experience in project lifecycles and modern project management approaches leading to management and technical leadership opportunities.
