1.Reporting to the CEO 2.Handling all recruitment activities such as screening applicants, preparing phone and face to face interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications 3.Preparing job descriptions. 4.Keeping track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. 5.Issues regular reports on applicant flow, selection, and turnover 6.Coordinating with administrative support staff and management as appropriate to prepare staffing headcounts and implement recruitment procedure 7.Coordinating with recruitment channels, universities and recruitment related events/activities with internal and external parties. 8.Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system …. 9.Proactive coordination with departments for interviews in the future 10.Market research for salary range and benefits 11.Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years as a recruitment specialist. Must be highly organized, presentable, and with strong networking skills. Excellent command of the English language
