Description	•Create the new engineering projects (in initialized status). •To review the subcontractors’ invoices as per the subcontractor agreements and the issued purchase orders. •Review all site expenses. •Review the unit prices for the new purchase orders issued for the supply of materials. •Review and monitor the direct materials issued from the inventory to the engineering projects in IFS. •Prepare and issue the customer invoices in Oracle (Engineering Module) & the variation order (Extra work). •Close the engineering projects. •Review and confirm the surplus/loss of the materials at each site constructed before submitting the invoice to our client. •Prepare the “Monthly Surplus Direct Materials Report” on monthly basis and monthly cumulative. •Follow up the work done / extra work client signature at any site to use it for invoicing. •Review and approve all expenses for each site and confirm that all expenses will pair are taken from the client. •Review and approve the subcontractors’ invoices and receive the services in the purchase order. Review & approve the payments for supplier invoices. •Review suppliers purchase orders -Unit cost: from inventory transactions & query into the screen of overview •Inventory transactions history and print screen to be attached with the purchase order to show unit price history.
Qualifications	• B.Sc. Degree in civil engineering science graduate. • Good understanding of technical office works. • Good understanding of the computer skills and MS package. • Good understanding of the ERP Application (Favour). • Graduation grade should be Very Good or above. • 3-5 Years of experience • Very good Analytical Skills • Excellent Organizational Skills • Team Work Skills. • Proven Excellent Ability to operate MS Office as well as oracle application. • Fluent English, spoken and written • Good command of French Language is preferable
