• Participate in ERP implementation projects from analyzing the business requirements to design required solution and configuring ERP system to meet the business needs • Ensure effective usage of application portfolio • Provide support and maintenance of ERP systems, mainly Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 • Respond to any IT Application incidents within a timely and efficient manor • Provide technical support to users on MS Dynamics AX and solve any issues/errors reported to helpdesk. • Ensures software integrity between objects on production environment and test environment • Create and Maintain all application documentation related to MS Dynamics AX • Perform test scenarios for implemented solutions • Administration of the system; create users accounts, assign privileges, permissions and access control roles • Perform ERP system backup and recovery • Compiling required data into reports for the respective user departments • Adhere to set of processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence. • Timely submission of reports.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX. • Deep understanding of all or any of Microsoft Dynamics AX modules including Finance, Projects, Manufacturing, Trade and Logistics to the latest release • Hands-on experience of designing, configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development tools • Experience in Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting problems • Very good command of English • Problem solving and research skills. • Analytical thinking • Communication and team work skills • Well organized, hard worker with good documentation skills • Customer service skills. • Experience in Microsoft SQL is a plus. • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Computer Systems, Systems Administration, or related technical discipline
