The E Commerce Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for all e commerce customer touch-points to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience. * Coordinate the fulfillment for online orders including delivery and returns * Effectively communicate plans to those impacted *Facilitate the efficient use of knowledge management tools *Identify the most appropriate course of action for problem resolution *Monitor and report on customer service performance *Pro-actively assist customers and provide timely resolution
