* Ensuring day to day accounting operations (Accounts Payable, accounts receivables, inventory, Fixed assets, bank, cash, etc?) • Ensuring that the reporting is timely accurately performed. • Ensuring that the Companys interests are safe guarded from internal control point of view. Perform regular reviews and adapt existing procedures to ensure best efficiency. • Focusing on continuous improvement from process, organization and data perspectives. • Preparing yearly budget and reviews. Monitor performance through various KPIs and variance analysis. Make recommendations to management in order to improve performance. • In charge of Treasury management and relationship with Banks. • Supervising collection team. Ensure that credit control policy is in place and develop it further. • Handling costing tool. Coordinates regular meetings with Management to analyze variances. • Coordinating external audits and relationship with Audit firm. • Preparing budget control of Capital expenditure and prepare financial justifications for Capital expenditure budget.
Minimum 10 Years of experience as F&A manager with leadership capabilities working with multinational companies.
