Managing and controlling all legal issues related with labor law. Managing all Human Resources issues such as; Recruitment (hiring and orientation) Managing performance management system Setting and realizing the training plans Managing all compensation and benefits issues Preparing budget (headcount and all expenses) Managing payroll system Following up the employee administration Following up vacation, absence and overtime report Managing and continuously developing existing HR Policies; generating new programs, policies and applications in line with corporate requirements and global standards, Preparing monthly HR report in line with Global HR Following up the administration concerns for the organization in the areas of travel bookings, trade license applications/renewals, contracts, security passes, office facilities management and maintenance, visa processes, Leading of Human Resources employees.
University degree in any discipline, 5-8 years of work experience in Human Resources Managerial positions, Fluent in English both spoken and written, Certified Human Resource certificate is a must .Expose to MS Office programs, Good knowledge of SAP is an asset, Have a team spirit, Have an experience in leading a team, Available to reside in Cairo
