Description | -Providing us with acceptable prices per products. -Negotiate with suppliers to get competitor prices. -Preparing estimated costing report. -Following up with GOIEC for inspection condition and goods specifications. -Follow up purchasing orders and send weekly report to sales team. -Communicate with suppliers the required documents for clearance and shipping conditions. -Follow up with suppliers to deliver the goods on time. -Searching for the best freight rate. -Preparing paper work for shipments. -Following up with the customs brokers the status of each shipment. -Preparing weekly report of shipments status. -Review Customs & taxes per shipment. -Settled all expenses with customs broker. |
Qualifications | -Has a good background of customs process. -Hard worker. -Willing to visit customs points out of Cairo. -Graduated of Faculty of commerce. -Two years experience of the same filed. |
