Description | • Responsible for the conceptualization and commercial development of new products/services and changes to existing product sets through the interpretation of emerging or changing market needs and customer profiles in appropriate categories. •They will also influence others outside their own teams to deliver a product/service more effectively to the customer. •They will use strategies develop to guide category and product planning activities in particular category, pricing and product cost structure. •Job holders may use specific techniques to develop appropriate strategies (e.g. Gap analysis) and will be experienced marketing practitioners with highly developed commercial, conceptual and planning skills developed either through sector management or related project management. |
Qualifications | •Bachelor degree •Excellent Marketing Management Awareness •Market & Competitor Analysis •Advertising & Promotion Knowledge. •MBA is a plus. |
