•Prepare materials for stewardship calls. •Maintain guest lists, gather and prepare registration materials, and other duties as assigned for stewardship events. •Coordinate production and mailing of all stewardship materials. •Interface with students and coordinate the creation of student and donor biographical documents. •Design, organize and implement administrative systems and procedures, and perform all necessary support duties. •Provide the integral research efforts required to carry out effective and efficient donor relations and stewardship activities using web-based querying tools, central data repository, Central Files, Files and departmental records—both electronic and hard-copy. •Maintain donor signage and update listing of named spaces on campus. •Assist in the training, scheduling, work distribution and space provision requirements of students and temporary workers
Bachelor Degree from AUC (preferred) or other English language institution. A minimum of three years of experience in a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • An entrepreneurial and self-motivated individual. • Strong project management skills; ability to meet deadlines while maintaining good relations with colleagues. • Excellent listening and diplomacy skills. • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. • Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people. • Commitment to the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. • An understanding of basic finance concepts and money management. • Strong work ethic; willingness to adhere to the university’s core values. • Demonstrated professional manner with all internal and external university constituencies. • Ability to be flexible, adjust to fluctuating priorities and produce reliable work product.

Oversee the formatting of template letters in Word and merging with conditional paragraphs, pulling data from the stewardship database, formatting the data to create an Excel spreadsheet merge file, generating draft letters, carefully proofreading those letters, generating final versions incorporating changes from the review process, and preparing the final mailing. •Assist in the production of high volume annual reporting, which involves providing student recipients with information about fellowship and scholarship donors, requesting and securing letters of thanks from student recipients, preparing stewardship packages for donors, and ensuring timeliness and accuracy in stewardship reports distributed to donors.
