KidZania Cairo is looking forward for hiring Female Receptionist responsible for;

• Receive/forward and make calls while representing company's best image in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain updated contact database both internal and external.
• Handle courier, checks and postage related matters in coordination with other depts.
• Assist in preparations for exhibitions and pre-qualification material.
• Assist walk in clients, provide assistance and support to depts. in coordination with others when necessary…
• Coordinate and organize drivers’ tasks as per requirements and maintain log of the same
Working Conditions:
• Location: KidZania Cairo Sales Office – 1st Settlement – New Cairo ( End of Emerald Empire mall street )
• Working Days: 6 working days “ 1 day off “
• Working hours: 8 working hours
Skills and qualifications:
• Excellent English
• Hard Worker
• Presentable
• Own A car
