Description	6+ years’ experience in understanding client requirements, designing and implementing IT software solutions. Experience should cover: Portal and workplace, document and content management, system management, and eBusiness solutions technologies and products. Duties & Responsibilities: Gather customer implementations' requirements Breakdown the implementation project to tasks with check point and milestones Develop scope of work documents to meet customer implementations' requirements Handle software implementation activities to fulfill project scope of work Assist and supervise the system engineers project team to deliver software projects Responsible for implementation documentation delivery to the customer Responsible for all communication with the customer and the project manager on behalf of his team Responsible for developing team technical and product knowledge experience Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of team members and develops training and development plans to fulfill skill and certification requirements
Qualifications	Solid infrastructure software technologies background is a must Solid operating systems experience (Windows, Unix/Linux) IBM enterprise products (Websphere, Lotus, Tivoli ) implementation skills Solutions' implementations skills on Unix platforms preferably AIX Adaptable & Results oriented Strong leadership skills Troubleshooting and analytical skills Ownership and decision making Strong communications skills
