Description | 1.Handle all recruitment activities (Internal & external ads., maintain CV’s pool, CV’s Screening & scheduling interviews, preparing hiring forms). 2.Ensure that the Job Descriptions of all positions included in the approved Organization Chart are properly prepared, approved and updated as & when required. 3.Administer the Performance Appraisal System. 4.Conduct various research studies pertaining to personnel services and benefits with the view of improving and developing the same (i.e. : Staff Satisfaction Survey). 5.Administer the training and development activities (Local / Abroad) provided to all categories of staff as per approved plan taking into consideration the organization of different environmental programs. 6.Coordinate & handle all documents related to HR for the Internal, External Audit(s) |
