| Description | • Coordinate with Sourcing/GCD India team for scheduling of Raw Material supplies from outside Egypt • Procurement of Raw Materials to be purchased locally including Consumables. This would include RFQ, Negotiations and finalization of quotes with documentation of justification for price variations. • Responsible for imports clearance and documentation requirements. • To negotiate effectively with outsourcing partners (CHA) for import activities & responsible for timely clearance of imported consignments • To ensure transportation arrangement for locally sourced materials. • To ensure safe transportation of materials to factories and to initiate actions with Insurance Department about losses. • To keep abreast of market developments with regards to our materials. • To ensure error free purchasing documents like contract, purchase order and schedules through ERP • Vendor complaint management • To coordinate for Imported Raw Material with Indian Counter part. • To ensure imports documentation requirements w.r.t GAFI regulations |
| Qualifications | • Factory related operations (Production / QA and Stores) • Expediting procedure. • Costing and Budgeting Knowledge. • Commercial knowledge w.r.t to Statutes (GAFI) • Inventory Management. • System and Procedures. • Basic Knowledge on chemistry. |
