Organization Management 1- Supervising and implementing all company purchases (excluding IT equipments). 2- Ensuring the general maintenance and running of the company premises and equipments. 3- Supervising external security and cleaning contractors. 4- Supervising the company stock and inventory 5- Supervising the renovations to all branches and the Head Office. 6- Supervising the settlement of all company government bills as electricity, telephones and water for the Head Office and some branches. 7- Supervising the Head Office settlement of the company rent in due dates Performance Management and Employee Development 8- Ensuring the motivation of subordinates. 9- Ensuring continuous self-development to ensure keeping up to date with the Operations knowledge needed for effective department management. 10- Keeping up to date with company’s policies, procedures, decision-making processes and authority limits related to the Organization Department. Reporting and Internal Communication 11- Preparing and presenting the Telephone report to the Administration Manager on monthly basis. 12- Presenting the Company Car report on Monthly basis. 13- Presenting the Rental report on annual basis. 14- Presenting a quotations report for purchases (3 suppliers’ offers).
Purchasing experience, Good command of English language, v.good computer skills, 3-5 years of experience, willing to travel within Egypt, Age range 30-35 years , leadership and management skills, owns a car and have a valid driving license
