Develop a positive rapport with internal and external customers to manage the executive’s schedule. Responsible for assignments which may be confidential and time-sensitive requiring professionalism and a high degree of judgment and initiative. Act as liaison between the MD and Executive Management Team. Take initiative and find new ways to successfully complete a variety of significant, time-sensitive projects. Coordinate and schedule meetings and activities for MD. Handle all logistics and administrative issues associated with support of the MD, including Board meetings, event planning, travel preparation and follow up, MD briefings, and office management. Work closely with the executive management team to facilitate communication and ensure timely and efficient information flow to and from the Office of the MD. Manage day-to-day calendar and activities for the MD and assist in business planning and time management. Prepare presentation materials for high level meetings, conferences, and other high-level events. Draft meeting minutes and monitor various reports submitted to the MD by Senior Management. Manage and direct work for professional administrative team. Draft, type and dispatch all the MD’s correspondence. Maintain a comprehensive filling system.
This role requires a professional and reliable individual with high standards and integrity to serve as a confidential Executive Assistant to the MD. Accountable for challenging and complex assignments that require tact, independent judgment and action to support the MD in a wide variety of areas. Represent the company in a positive way in every aspect of their position with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships. A dedicated, confident individual will thrive in this energetic, rewarding and high-intensity environment and work with minimal supervision.

- High level of organizational skills including experience in meeting and travel planning, research, prioritizing and coordinating schedules and resources on a broad range of tasks. - Ability to maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion in all dealings. - Must have the ability to think strategically, “big picture," recognizing impact of decisions on the company and pay attention to details
