• Managing the implementation of programs including all academic, logistical and financial aspects in accordance with the MC policies and procedures. • Follow up on instructor performance, instructor evaluation through attending a minimum of 2 classes per instructor per year. • Supervising program staff. • Handling and solving complaints and reporting them to the Institute Director. • Continuously review current programs and ensure regular updates to content, methods and material among others. As well as ensure that programs reflect the most up to date market needs through benchmarking with market best practices and market research. • Develop program marketing strategy and promotional material and update products’ web site. • Develop programs sales plan. • Conduct sales visits. • Participate in the development and update of policies and procedures within the framework of MC quality assurance policy. • Adhere to AUC /MC quality standards • Produce weekly and monthly reports reflecting the achievements of all programs versus targets under his/her supervision highlighting the following:  Sales performance
• University degree with minimum 6 years experience in the field of Human Resource Development (Training) or business related field in a supervisory or managerial capacity. • Postgraduate degree is highly recommended (PhD, MBA, HR Diploma, Professional Certificates etc…). • IT Skills: Excellent MS Office specially PowerPoint and Internet Research. • Organize awareness and PR events to promote programs. • Contribute to the increase of market share by achieving and exceeding program targets. • Organize awareness and PR events to promote programs. • Contribute to the increase of market share by achieving and exceeding program targets. • Organize awareness and PR events to promote programs. • Contribute to the increase of market share by achieving and exceeding program targets. • Organize awareness and PR events to promote programs.
