Description	Own the user experience for all products. • Build motivate, challenge, and inspire team members to deliver on expectations and goals, while fostering a creative, efficient and collaborative team environment. • Manage the User Experience team priorities, establish level of effort estimates and manage the team accordingly. • Conduct research & work with end users to determine their experience needs for our products. • Provide innovative, customer centric, information and visual design recommendations that contribute to an enhanced user experience. • Create and maintain user experience documentation such as competitive site analyses, user personas, site maps, detailed navigation flow, and detailed functional wireframes. • Creating information design and navigation systems for Internet, intranet and extranet sites, as well as online and mobile applications • Preparing and presenting design recommendations based on business goals, user research, UCD and IA principles • Collaborating as a member of the Creative team • Craft design proposals, storyboards, service UX architecture, interaction flows and visual designs which you communicate superbly. • Applying user-centered design processes to create high quality user experiences • Create the user interaction model, workflows, information architecture, schematics, and interface guidelines/specifications • Helping create interactive prototypes for user and market research
Qualifications	• 5 - 7 years experience as a key member of a UED team participating in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully launched digital media products • Hybrid role – interaction and visual design experience • Strong analytical and leadership skills • Ability to analyze complex ideas and propose design solutions that solve specified problems • Extreme passion for user-centered design practices and the ability to demonstrate mastery of the principles of interface design, information architecture, interaction design and visual designProven ability to develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes to articulate information design

Other Skills	• Strong user experience skill set – experience strategy, information architecture, and design aesthetic, digital measurement and optimization • Thorough understanding of best practices in web, mobile, and social design and user interface/information architecture conventions • Demonstrated ability to develop both big conceptual ideas and scientific/technical data visualizations and execute against them to create innovative user experience solutions in a highly collaborative, creative environment
Compensations	• Understanding of content strategy and SEO / SEM best practices to insure digital executions are optimized for user needs and search engine algorithms • Solid technical skills and a solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (HTML, DHTML, CSS). Working knowledge of Flash desired.. • Proficiency with design tools like Visio/Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong visual communications skills demonstrated in portfolio. • A fantastic portfolio of projects that youve worked on from mock-ups to completion with examples of design proposals, interaction flows with wireframes, UX architectures, specifications and visual designs.
