| Description | Design, engineer, and implement security technologies for large and complex technology projects existing production environment utilizing existing controls and frameworks Maintain and enhance existing security technologies which include firewalls, VPNs, end-point security controls, remote access security controls, web and Email security controls and messaging compliance infrastructure Engage in the design and development of new security technologies in support of enterprise-wide projects across client’s expanding technology environment Manage service delivery projects initiated by the security team Conduct technical security assessments; create and maintain technical documentation Provide training and mentor-ship to junior engineers Receive, manage, and execute customer requests for changes to security infrastructure |
| Qualifications | BSc Engineering or Computer science MCSE, MCSE security, GIAC-SANS, CCNA, RHCE, Linux qualifications added value experience performing daily administration responsibilities in a Microsoft Windows network environment (Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP and Active Directory), ISA, IIS, MS SQL, MS Server operations Demonstrated hands-on expertise in various operating systems (Linux, Windows), TCP/IP networking, and security infrastructure including Firewalls, VPNs, Web and Email security gateways, Remote Access, and End-point security controls Strong knowledge of routing and switching in LAN & WAN environments and network topologies critical |
