1.Work closely with Board of trustees and Executive committee members, and the foundation’s Executive Team. 2.Organize meetings with VIP’s inside & outside the foundation and take minutes. 3.Organize and attending meetings , conferences and events 4.Attend Board & executive committee meetings and capture action items and meeting minutes 5.Communicate information to various executive levels regarding foundation Policies and Procedures 6.Follow-up an implementation of decisions of the Executive Committee 7.preparation of the documentation to the items of discussion and send it to the Executive Committee 8.Prepares reports, correspondences as requested 9.Review correspondence, initiate replies as appropriate, route matters requiring action by staff or other organizations and follow up to ensure actions are taken properly 10.Follows-up on urgent items to ensure they are handled in an appropriate time frame. 11.Manage the filing process of any additions/modifications/deletions of committee correspondences. 12.Coordination of the timing agenda of the Executive Committee meeting and Board of Trustees
1.3-5 years experience as an executive assistant in a reputable organization 2.University degree 3.Excellent computer skills 4.Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills in both English and Arabic. 5.Must be a problem solver, while utilizing established policies and procedures, with a positive and can-do attitude! 6.able to work to tight deadlines and manage several projects at any one time and able to prioritize workload
