1.Handle Employees’ issues, requests, and needs to ensure an effective coordination between staff and Management. 2.Gather data and Generate reports in support of specific HR functions including Personnel Reports such as attendance, vacations. 3.Communicate with individuals outside the company for any request, inquiry, or information clarification. 4.Handle all candidate applications including sorting, data entry, and filing. 5.Responsible for clarifying, maintaining, and monitoring company rules and regulations. 6.Perform Data entry and documents filing in an organized and accurate manner.
•University graduate with a degree in Business Management, Public Administration preferably with a specialization in HR, or any related field. •Computer literate with knowledge of standard office software applications •Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus. •Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks. •Ability to work as part of a team •Good communication skills – written and verbal •Basic understanding of HR functions •Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of departmental issues and documentation.
