•To develop forms as required for HR processes •To compile files as necessary for the efficient administration of the HR function. •To audit files regularly to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR processes. •To write reports and recommendations •To provide practical support to the administrative processes as required •To advise staff on HR policy and processes as required •To advise new hires on complex issues surrounding their hiring •To develop and ensure managers are provided with information to make informed decisions regarding their staff, e.g regular vacation balances amongst others. •To write external adverts as necessary •To provide HR support on non management staff interviews. •To provide advice to managers regarding job profiles structure and content •To manage suitability and source of training •Compile PowerPoint presentation slides as required for events To organize and present data for management information
- Fluent English is required. - Worked in the HR field and preferred has HR Diploma. - 1-3 years of experience required.
1 - 2 Years.
