To develop the helpdesk process to ensure excellent speedy customer service. Identify, resolve, escalate and follow up on desktop, network, telecom and applications issues Apply all the company standard setting for any desktops or laptop and make sure standards are updated and maintained for all software and hardware versions Keep all desktops and laptops up-to-date with the latest security patches (Windows-Office) Keep all desktops and laptops up-to-date with the latest anti-virus update Provide on going maintenance of desktops, Laptops and printers Provide general user training and support for desktops and laptops and MS Office Applications Monitor all printers and ensure all machines are running at all times Monitor desktops and laptops performance and resource usage and provide proactive remedial action to resolve. Monitor Software usage and installation on desktops and laptops and report any irregularities Keep logs of all desktops and laptops software licenses and make sure that all software on all machines are licensed Document, log and maintain all hardware locations, specifications, configurations and users. Manage hardware spares and consumables stock for all desktops and laptops and Printers
Organized, thorough and self motivated. Good communications skills. The ability to work in a team Experience in installing and supporting MS Windows and Office suite in LAN Environment Experience in Microsoft product specially SMS server Excellent PC HW/SW support experience The ability to learn new technologies. Take responsibility for your own personal development ensuring you have full understanding of all procedures and processes The ability to learn new technologies by training and self study
