1. Delivering Technical training according to the area of specialty, the training delivery process does include the technical preparation for the training. 2. Focuses on the MS Infrastructure products and services. 3. Responsible to be updated with the required technical information to support the area of specialty. 4. Escalate and communicate raised issues from first line of support. 5. Keep up to date with the new product versions and new releases. 6. Transfer the knowledge to the first line of support. 7. Transfer the knowledge to the new comers in the second line support team. 8. Ensure to use the pre production environment for testing activities before launching a new service. 9. Ensure to maintain the preproduction environment similar to the production platform. 10. Handle installing and upgrading software. 11. Contribute in developing the service level agreement 12. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. 13. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. 14. Coordinate, and implement system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. 15. Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, or taking classes, and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies.
MCSE Security - MCSE Messaging - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 is mandatory - Experience with Microsoft Cluster is mandatory - General applications operational skills (troubleshooting, scripting) is mandatory - CCNA certification is preferred. Interpersonal organization. - Dedication, sense of ownership - Ability to work in teams - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be team oriented - Must have technical support experience via the phone and via direct customer facing - Must have systems support experience, preferably in a large production environment - Excellent spoken and written English
