Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects. - Responsible for all back office support and project administrative details and documentation, such as monitoring, collecting, reviewing time sheets and following-up on invoices. - Identifying and communicating with consultants. - Tracking project progress, issues, risks and reports as appropriate. Monitoring project and tasks schedules and milestones. - Communicating with clients, consultants, suppliers. - Developing progress reports when needed. - Conducting research when needed. - Attending progress meetings with stakeholders, and preparing meeting agenda and minutes. - Taking initiative in Project Manager’s absence.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration/Economics - Previous involvement in project coordination/management - Working knowledge of donor/consulting organizations is highly desirable - Excellent business writing skills - Presentation skills - Strong computer literature, hands-on experience of MS Project and database applications is a plus - Service and detail oriented - Multi-tasked and team player.
