| Description | •Strong collaborative work style with designers and engineers to create insightful products with tight project management. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovators and project coordinator to meet implementation and launch schedules. •Establish and maintain effective procedures for evaluating new product ideas with analysis, prototype, root cause and corrective action methods. •Oversee refinement of technical and functional specifications for new products. •Define technical specifications and evaluate product costing against targets. •Define quality standards for new products. •Working knowledge of prototype production and limitations of prototype construction. •Knowledge designing for common manufacturing processes including injection molding, casting, extrusion, and sheet metal •Oversee various modeling and prototyping stages of new product ideas. •Consistently develop new and innovative products in support of the mission and continued growth of the firm |
| Qualifications | •Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts/Applied Arts/Engineering •Good command of CAD tools. •Good model making skills. •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. •Quick learner and ability to work in a team. •Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. •Highly self-motivated and disciplined. •Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines. •Microsoft Office proficient. |
