Answers telephone, screens and directs calls. • Takes and relays messages. • Provides information to callers. • Greets persons entering organization and directs them to correct contact person. • Performs general administrative and clerical support. • Prepares letters and documents, receives and sorts mail and deliveries. • Schedules appointments and maintains appointment diary and organizes meetings. Responsible for the stationary. Taking meeting minutes
Bachelor degree in any discipline. 2-3 years of experience as receptionist.
3 - 5 Years.
Excellent communication skills

1500 - 2500
