Description
* Receive and maintain the hiring documents for new hires to be easily retrieved when needed and used in further hiring process. * Handle the social insurance and labor office inspection visits. * Communicate with the labor and social insurance office to resolve any problems and ensure the hiring process is consistent with labor laws and regulations. * Prepare the needed data for payroll preparation such as attendance, overtime, absence and other relevant data and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis.
Qualifications
* University Degree. * Min. 3 years experience in Personnel. * Excellent exposure to Social Insurance Authority and Labor Law Office. * Previous experience in manufacturing firms is an asset.
