| Description | Responsibilities: 1• Manage, plan, and develop assigned projects or tasks • Carry out site visits, data collection, and research activities • Preparation of technical reports and documents • Preparation of technical proposals • Estimate emission reductions, project economics, and other technical calculations • Conduct project preliminary evaluation and screening • Carry out the necessary procedures to obtain governmental approvals • Keep in constant contact with clients during project development • Preparation of technical presentations, present work, and face‐to‐ face discussions with clients • Contact technology suppliers • Provide necessary support and follow up of assigned projects or tasks • Ensure that all the tasks necessary for project development are carried out 2. Manage all projects and tasks independently and seek support when needed 3. Immediately report to supervisor possible delays in the execution of projects or in the performance of assigned tasks and propose remedial actions 4. Provide weekly progress reports and attend follow‐up meetings with supervisor 5. Obtain from the client the information required for project development 6. Ensure that all assigned tasks are accomplishment fully and in a timely manner 7. Maintain regular communication with the commercial representative in charge of the project |
| Qualifications | • Bachelor of Engineering preferably having interest in the environmental field. • 0-3 years of experience preferably in a similar position • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Creative, independent, and willing to learn • Ability to work within a team • Good organizational skills and a goal-oriented approach to task completion • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully, both orally and in writing (English & Arabic) with clients, regulatory officials, and co-workers. • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal direction and under pressure. |

| Comments | This position is in the technical team working with clients located primarily in the Middle East & North Africa region (MENA). The work will primarily focus on environmental impact assessment studies, solid waste management, cleaner production assessments, environmental audits, clean development mechanism (CDM), environmental management, and policy oriented work. |
